GF LC funnel cake!

It's raining ice outside, therefore I wanted to make something reminiscent of the summer. Funnel cakes!

I slapped together a batter with one egg, 2 oz of cream cheese, a Tablespoon of almond butter, and various spices. Blended it together and fried it up in a cast iron skillet. Topped with a tiny sprinkling of powdered sugar and cinnamon. Pretty damn good!

BBQ pulled pork and garlic broccoli

I'm on a pork kick! Hormel's seasoned and ready to slow cook pulled pork, searched with some broccoli sautéed with garlic and onion.

I know I just posted this, but damn does it look good right now. Tech feast.

Slow cooked some pork roast in the crockpot and served up with more coleslaw. Trying not to eat it all D:

Breakfast burger and slaw

Doesn't everybody eat burgers for breakfast?

Burger with Kerry gold aged cheddar, topped with peppers and an egg with a side of home made coleslaw.

Chicken, guac and cheese!

Home made guacamole with some chicken tenders sprinkled with taco seasoning. And some dubliner Kerry gold cheese of course.

Egg and cheese breakfast sandwhich on almond bread. I love this bread so hard.
